Herculesknives.com has a clear Return & Exchange policy which seeks to assist buyers to ensure their purchase is protected against fraud. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the herculesknives payment methods and never received it (in case of advance payment only) or received a damaged or wrong item, the buyer may return the item and get reimbursement from herculesknives.com of the value of the item only. In case the item returned is damaged or without original packing an up to 10% of the customer price will be deducted while processing refunds. According to this policy a buyer needs to file a complaint with herculesknives.com within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) the relevant item.
You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery received only for a valid reason. You should send an email at support@herculesknives.com by mentioning your order number in the subject line and the reason for the exchange. Our customer support representative will reach out to you through a phone call for getting the details and forward a request for the exchange to the Seller on your behalf. If the Seller approves the reason for the exchange, we will send our courier partner for picking up the item from you. Remember, the product should be in its original packaging, unused and in excellent condition. After receiving the product, the seller will examine the product and execute an exchange as per your requirement if he is satisfied with the condition of the product.
